During the experience, the group of visitors shares the daily chores of a shepherd: milking the sheep, giving the feeding bottle to the lambs or feeding the flock by our hands and of course, we would enjoy the skill of the shepherd dogs managing the native herd of Latxa sheep.
At the beginning, the group discovers the secrets of the Idiazabal cheese taking part in a workshop to prepare curds and fresh cheese, part of the curds are made with a set of wooden tools reproducing the ancestral knowledge which is told that comes from the Neolithic.
